Make it happen

• act as the key technical interface between Vectors HPC software platform and customer Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) projects
• advise customers on HPC architectures, platform integration, and software design both remotely and on-site
• lead technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and coaching activities to enable customer teams to work independently
• support the integration, debugging, and optimization of complex HPC software stacks in customer environments
• analyze technical issues, perform root-cause investigations, and develop sustainable solutions together with customers
• collaborate closely with developers, project managers, testers, and customer stakeholders to ensure project success
• contribute your expertise to the design and evolution of modern in-vehicle and vehicle-to-cloud architectures

Be our forward thinker

• hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience
• bring proven experience in automotive embedded software development, ideally within HPC, SDV, or Adaptive AUTOSAR environments
• have strong hands-on expertise in C, Rust, and embedded development on Linux- or QNX-based platforms
• are familiar with modern automotive technologies, including SDV architectures, Adaptive AUTOSAR, automotive networking, diagnostics, and cybersecurity
• work confidently with modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and containerized environments
• excel at communicating complex technical concepts and enjoy mentoring, coaching, and working directly with customers
• are fluent in English and willing to travel to customer sites when required; German skills are a strong plus
