Your RoleAs a Senior Backend Developer (m/f/d) C# | Java, you combine hands-on software development with technical leadership. You drive the development of innovative software solutions, support technical decision-making, mentor colleagues, and help advance AI-enabled software engineering practices across the organization.

  effectivelyYour ProfileDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experienceSeveral years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of delivering successful software solutionsStrong understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and modern development practicesExperience with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional collaborationSolid skills in software estimation, prototyping, technical decision-making, and solution architectureExperience evaluating AI-powered development tools and applying AI technologies to improve software engineering processesKnowledge of agent-based AI frameworks and their application within software development environments is highly desirableStrong communication, mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement
