We are looking for an innovative Java Developer Insurance (m/f/d) to strengthen our team with strong technical expertise and a passion for the insurance industry, including public health insurance. In this role, you will develop advanced and future-oriented software solutions and help shape the digital future of the insurance sector together with our team. Depending on your individual interests and strengths, you will also have the opportunity to specialize in different areas.

You bring:

• a completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• very good Java skills as well as experience with relevant technologies such as JUnit 5, Jakarta EE, JPA, Mockito, common development tools and frameworks such as Git and GitLab, and SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• experience with agile methods, complex projects and larger refactoring initiatives, as well as experience with Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift
• willingness to travel to client sites and the office when needed
• very good German skills in speaking and writing at C1 level and good English skills at B2 level
