What to expect

We're looking for a Senior Product & Program Manager who can turn complex digital products and transformation initiatives into tangible outcomes.

You combine product leadership, program management and consulting: connecting user needs, business goals, technology and organizational realities, while bringing structure to ambiguity and alignment across complex stakeholder environments.

You will work closely with Product Owners and senior stakeholders, steer multiple workstreams and help clients make better product, technology and transformation decisions. You won't just execute within an existing setup - you'll challenge assumptions, identify opportunities and help evolve products, processes and ways of working.

Your competencies

• 5+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, Program Management, Digital Consulting or a comparable role
• Proven experience shipping digital products and leading complex initiatives
• Strong cross-functional experience across product, design, technology and business
• Strong understanding of agile product development and product leadership
• Ability to connect user needs, business goals, technology and delivery realities
• Experience owning scope, budget, delivery and commercial outcomes
• Excellent senior stakeholder management, with the confidence to challenge and influence
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, complexity and organizational change
• Genuine interest in AI and its practical impact on products and organizations
• Experience in digital transformation, consulting or multi-workstream programs is a strong plus
• Native German and fluent English
