Your bachelor’s or master’s thesis marks the completion of your degree. We’d like to support you through this process. On average, two students write their thesis at kasasi each year. Most stay on longer and start their careers with us. We’re fairly flexible when it comes to choosing a topic. Our solutions are so diverse that we’re sure to find something that will benefit both you and us.

We would be happy to refine the topic with you or develop new ones tailored to your interests.

Below are some suggested topics:

• Comparison and evaluation of alternative technical notification methods for customer communication in Slack, Telegram, Zoom and Teams, considering usability, effectiveness and integration options.
• Evaluation of BPMN processing engines and their potential applications, using route management as an example: analysis of how a state machine architecture can be replaced by BPMN-based process automation'.
• Software as a Game: combining quality metrics and gamification elements to improve software quality in a playful way.
• Honeypots in cyber defence: Design, implementation and analysis of a honeypot system for identifying attack vectors.

What you bring with you

• You are currently studying Computer Science.
• Ideally, you will be familiar with microservices, Spring, DevOps and Scrum. If not, you will learn about them with us.
• You enjoy getting to grips with complex topics and applications quickly, and you are interested in the latest web technologies, trends and frameworks.
• Finding solutions together is your top priority as you see yourself as a team player.
