Overview As Scrum Master, you will guide an Agile transformation within the IT Governance, Risk, Compliance Portfolio Management function for a leading Luxembourg private bank. You act as a servant leader and Agile coach, helping teams adopt Agile principles, improve collaboration, and consistently deliver value. You will evolve the team’s way of working, promoting self-organization, transparency, discipline, and high performance. This role offers the chance to shape Agile culture across cross-functional teams and drive measurable improvements in delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders to align priorities and enable data-driven progress.

Verantwortungsbereiche Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, events, and artifacts Coach Agile teams through the transformation journey Support Product Owners in backlog and product management Organize quarterly planning sessions and team breakouts Manage dependencies and coordinate with other teams Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear priorities and shared understanding Identify and remove impediments; support conflict resolution Promote best practices, quality standards, and data-driven performance improvements Manage team capacity and delivery progress Act as change agent to promote Agile culture and behaviours Manage small projects within Agile team and adhere to internal delivery frameworks Zentrale Anforderungen Scrum Master certification (mandatory) Proven experience as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager Strong understanding of Agile delivery, coaching, facilitation,

and continuous improvement Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Miro and other Agile collaboration platforms Good understanding of the software lifecycle and operational management Experience in the IT or financial services sector Experience with Temenos Core Banking (T24 / TAP) is a strong advantage Excellent English skills and basic German; French or other languages are an advantage coaching facilitation clear communication JIRA Confluence Miro
