Hiring: SAP S/4HANA PP/QM Functional Consultant – L2 Support

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP Functional Consultant to provide L2 functional support for the Client Management operations model, with a primary focus on production planning, field production, process orders, planting and harvest execution, production traceability, batch management, and PP exception resolution.

SAP QM exposure is highly desirable to support quality-related touchpoints integrated with PP processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 functional support for SAP PP processes within the Client Management lifecycle.
• Analyze and resolve incidents related to:
• Production Planning
• Field Production
• Process Orders
• Production Execution
• Planting & Harvest Activities
• Seed Issue & Return
• Goods Issue & Return
• Batch Management & Traceability
• Production Confirmations
• Bin / Harvest Receipt Touchpoints
• Validate incidents, reproduce issues, assess business impact, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Identify issues related to master data, transactional data, configuration, integration, authorization, UI, or new requirements.
• Work closely with MM, FI/AP, QM, ABAP, BTP/Fiori, Integration, Security, and GM Functional teams.
• Support functional testing, knowledge transfer, runbook updates, monitoring, reconciliation, and seasonal readiness.
• Escalate configuration, development, or design issues to L3/Product teams where required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of SAP PP Functional experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA PP or integrated operations support.
• Strong hands-on experience in L2/AMS support and incident resolution.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Production Planning
• Production Execution
• Process Orders
• Goods Issue & Return
• Production Confirmations
• Batch Management
• Production Traceability
• Planning & Execution Exception Handling
• Master Data
• Experience integrating PP with MM, FI/AP, Reporting, and external systems.
• Strong experience in incident triage, root-cause analysis, data validation, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work effectively in an ITIL-aligned support environment.

SAP QM – Preferred

• Good working knowledge of SAP QM processes.
• Inspection Lot Processing
• Results Recording
• Usage Decision
• Quality Master Data
• Quality-related process exceptions
• PP/QM integration and quality inspection touchpoints
• Seasonal support and operational readiness models.
