Your role:We are seeking an experienced digital health expert to serve as Product Owner for digital health solutions within the Fertility therapeutic area. The Product Owner Fertility translates business, medical, and user needs into scalable, high-impact digital health solutions that address meaningful patient and healthcare professional needs. In a regulated pharmaceutical environment, this role combines strategic thinking with strong execution ownership across the full solution lifecycle. You will rely on your experience in digital health solution development, user requirements definition, and cross-functional collaboration to drive impact. You will shape the Fertility roadmap, define the solution’s Target Value Profile, and lead business case development to support value-based investments.

You will balance user value, business impact, technical feasibility, and compliance while prioritizing the backlog and guiding delivery teams. You will partner with UX, engineering, delivery teams, Core Team Lead, and stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and user-centric delivery. You will support testing, validation, and iterative improvements to ensure quality, usability, and regulatory alignment with real-world performance in mind. You will monitor solution performance and stakeholder feedback to inform ongoing optimization and evolution. You will stay informed about digital health trends and external ecosystems to identify future opportunities and partnerships. You will maintain a constant focus on adoption, value realization, and patient and HCP engagement throughout the product lifecycle.

Who you are:A university degree in Life Sciences, Digital Health, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (PMP certification preferred).7+ years of working experience in a related field. Deep understanding of digital health solution development and lifecycle management within regulated healthcare/pharma environments. Proven ability to translate business, medical, and user needs into actionable requirements and priorities. Strong strategic thinking paired with execution and delivery focus. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Superior communication and influencing abilities across technical and non-technical audiences. User-centric mindset with solid knowledge of patient and HCP engagement principles. Ability to balance user value, business impact, feasibility, and compliance requirements.

Robust prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. High adaptability and comfort working in evolving and ambiguous environments. Knowledge of Fertility patient journey, treatment landscape, and relevant pain points. Experience with digital health product definition, software development lifecycle, and lifecycle improvement. Familiarity with regulated digital health environments, including MLR, data privacy, quality, cybersecurity, and regulatory expectations. Ability to define user requirements, acceptance criteria, product documentation, and testing input. Experience collaborating with UX, engineering, data, commercial, medical, and vendor teams to translate needs into feasible digital solutions. Experience with patient-facing and/or HCP-facing digital solutions in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings.
