#WeAreIn for
jobs that impact everyone's life. Do you want to be the driving spirit behind everything we do? As a Senior Staff Specialist Full Stack Tech Lead (f/m/div) in our Corporate Functions team become a part of the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive. Are you in?
Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of ASP.NET Core-based web applications with integrated Unity 3D components, owning the technical roadmap, domain modeling, and engineering standards
- Drive hands-on full stack development, including Blazor frontends, RESTful APIs, data ingestion pipelines, and CAD file processing, while actively contributing to code reviews and complex troubleshooting across the entire stack
- Establish and enforce coding standards, CI/CD workflows, branching strategies, testing practices, and release management to ensure consistent quality and delivery velocity
- Design and maintain integrations with internal enterprise platforms and third‑party APIs, defining API contracts, versioning strategies, and backward‑compatibility policies in alignment with internal platform teams
- Oversee, coordinate, and mentor a distributed team of external and third‑party developers, setting clear expectations, managing capacity, reviewing deliverables, and enforcing architectural guidelines, security controls, and quality gates
- Partner closely with product owners, architects, UX, and QA teams to align on scope, priorities, and timelines, while communicating technical decisions, trade‑offs, and risks clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Own technical documentation and knowledge management, including API specifications, onboarding guides, and operational runbooks, ensuring internal maintainability and continuity beyond vendor engagements
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including 1+ year in a technical lead role, with a demonstrated ability to deliver production‑grade applications and lead cross‑functional or vendor teams to quality outcomes
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Deep expertise in ASP.NET Core, C#, and Blazor (or comparable SPA frameworks), complemented by working knowledge of JavaScript, CSS/SCSS, and component libraries, as well as strong skills in database design and optimization using SQL Server and Entity Framework Core
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise system integrations and third‑party API connectivity, with a solid understanding of API contract design, versioning, and secure authentication/authorization patterns
- Hands‑on experience with Unity development for 3D visualization or interactive components, along with practical exposure to real‑time 3D or CAD data processing, data ingestion pipelines, and CI/CD pipelines with container‑based infrastructure (e.g., OpenShift/Kubernetes)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, and enforce quality and security standards across vendor engagements
- Full professional fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)
We welcome applicants for who they are and offer a workplace built on trust, openness, respect and equal opportunity.
We embrace diversity and inclusion. Our hiring decisions are based on skills and experience. Even if you don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
