Your future responsibilities include: Providing SAP HCM support for colleagues in Germany Analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing development and digitization in the HR field; particularly in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM Assisting with the technical implementation of SuccessFactors and providing ongoing support in collaboration with an experienced international team Handling SAP SuccessFactors system administration Further development of the HR IT landscape Continuously monitoring and ensuring the quality of implemented solutions Effective communication with all stakeholders Designing and managing specific workflows and optimizing future-proof HR processes Your professional and personal profile: Bachelor's degree in economics or computer science, or comparable professional training Several years of relevant professional experience in a similar role Basic knowledge of

SAP HCM—specifically the PT, PY, or OM modules (NOT FULL CUSTOMIZING) Initial experience with SuccessFactors is desirable strong understanding of HR processes, process optimization, and the associated system architecture strong willingness to learn, determination, flexibility, and team spirit Willingness to independently organize, structure, analyze, and drive projects forward Excellent communication skills in German and English Interest in new SAP HR technologies and openness to continuous learning This position is paying up to 85,000 EUR Per year.
