- Configure and validate ECECP Point-to-Point (P2P) integration for German-specific Infotypes and data flows.
- Set up and operationalize Payroll Control Center (PCC) for production payroll processing.
- Support cutover planning, legal-change readiness, and hyper care.

- Legacy data migration methodology, cutover strategy, YTD/retro data handling.
- Strong SIT/UAT and parallel-run reconciliation experience.
- Fluent German and English.
Experience
Experience: 6–10+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP Payroll, including a minimum of 3 full‑cycle Germany SAP Payroll implementations.

- Awareness of German labor law constraints affecting time valuation, overtime, and public holiday calendars by Bundesland.
- Experience keeping pace with annual German legal-change (Tarifänderung/Rechtsänderung) support packages.
Data Migration & Parallel Run:
- Proven experience extracting, mapping, and loading legacy ECC HCM Payroll master/time/payroll‑result data (infotypes 0000–0521 range, cluster RT/CRT data) into ECP.
- YTD payroll results migration for tax and SI continuity across cutover.
- Design and governance of parallel run cycles: variance analysis, sign-off criteria, defect triage between legacy and target system.
