About us 100% Remote SAP MDG Architect Germany | 100% Remote Working | 120.000 € Our client are a globally established SAP consulting organisation, recognised for delivering complex SAP transformation and implementation projects across Europe, Asia and the Americas. With a global workforce of approximately 1,000 SAP professionals across 30 countries, the business is continuing to invest in its SAP capabilities and is now looking to establish and grow a dedicated SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) practice . Tasks You will take a leading role in SAP Master Data Governance projects, supporting clients through complex SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation programmes. Responsibilities will include: Leading SAP MDG implementation and transformation projects across a range of client environments.

Designing and delivering SAP Master Data Governance solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. Working across SAP S/4HANA environments, with a focus on master data governance, processes and architecture. Advising clients on MDG strategy, solution design, governance frameworks and best practices. Taking ownership of solution architecture and functional design decisions. Working closely with wider SAP functional and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions. Supporting project leadership, client relationships and stakeholder management. Helping establish and grow a dedicated SAP MDG capability within the wider organisation. Mentoring, developing and supporting junior consultants as the team expands Profile You will be an experienced SAP professional with a strong background in Master Data Governance and a track record of delivering SAP MDG solutions.

Ideally, you will bring: Strong hands-on experience with SAP MDG. Experience delivering SAP MDG implementations within SAP S/4HANA environments. A solid understanding of master data governance processes, data models and solution architecture. Experience leading functional workstreams or taking ownership of MDG solution design. The ability to engage confidently with senior business and technical stakeholders. A consultancy background, ideally within an SAP implementation or transformation environment. An interest in mentoring colleagues and helping build a growing specialist practice.
