Marble Imaging is recruiting a IT Administrator (m/f/d) in Bremen, Germany.

• Contract: full time.
• Degree level: IT training or degree (e.g. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, computer science).
• Language: German and English (fluent).
• Work experience: Several years of hands-on system administration. The role covers operate and develop Marble's IT: client devices, network, identity and access management and collaboration tools; manage a mixed Windows, macOS and Linux fleet (provisioning, patching, lifecycle); support the cloud environment and engineering infrastructure requests; document and improve onboarding, asset, access, backup and incident processes; implement BSI-aligned security and the IT parts of SatDSiG compliance; take part in the support rotation.
• Offer: Full-time on-site in Bremen with flexible hours, 30 vacation days, short decision paths, VSOP virtual stock options, snacks and team events, WellPass contribution; transparent interview process starting with a 30-minute recruiter screen. No application deadline is stated.

Requirements

Requirements:

• IT training or degree or equivalent experience; several years of system administration, ideally in a growing company; Microsoft 365 administration, networking and at least one of macOS or Linux alongside Windows; familiarity with BSI IT-Grundschutz or ISO 27001; IaaS cloud and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible); fluent German and English; willingness to undergo a security clearance. KRITIS/defence/space, HSM/PKI and MDM experience nice to have.
