IT Licence Manager (all genders)

Your Tasks

• Managing the entire software licence lifecycle within the licence management team, including maintaining the licence inventory as well as licence and framework agreements
• Ensuring licence compliance by regularly reconciling software usage with the licences held, as well as preparing ELP reports
• Analysing licence usage, costs and potential savings, and preparing reports
• Managing and optimising licensing models, particularly within the Microsoft environment, including volume licensing agreements, supporting true-up processes and software audits
• Further developing SAM processes
• Advising and supporting IT and business departments on licensing matters, as well as collaborating with software partners

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or a degree in a business-related field
• Good IT expertise, particularly in the areas of software installation and inventory management, IT systems and networks
• Ideally, experience in Software Asset Management, software contracts and licensing models
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing is an advantage
• Language skills according to CEFR: German (C1), English (B2)
• Good commercial understanding, particularly of procurement, contract management and cost analysis
• Analytical and solution-oriented approach, combined with the ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong communication skills and a high level of service and advisory orientation
