This is the job:

You will support the Organization / IT team as an IT Support Staff (m/f/d). The focus of your work is to ensure optimal IT usage and the necessary IT systems. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues regarding the bank's hardware and software.

These are the tasks:

• Procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software
• Technical support of IT systems and self-service devices
• Management and coordination of external service providers including data centers
• Ensuring operations, independent troubleshooting and resolution including employee support
• Administration and support of hardware and software solutions, especially self-service devices, network components, peripherals, mobile devices
• Participation in the further development of existing IT systems considering new technologies and current market trends
• Contribution to IT concepts including IT security, data security, and emergency concepts

You have an organized and structured working style and see yourself as a service provider for our employees. You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility, goal orientation, and teamwork. You are reliable, committed, flexible, and possess good communication skills, think solution-oriented, and want to bring your innovative strength and ideas into new processes and products. Experience in project work and enthusiasm for IT round off your profile. Ideally, you have already gained knowledge of common Microsoft products, including Microsoft365. You have completed vocational training, preferably in computer science, information technology, or other IT fields and have already gained initial professional experience. We also welcome career changers with basic IT knowledge to comprehensively train and further educate themselves.

Classification and remuneration are based on the collective agreement of the cooperative banks, depending on qualifications and professional experience, in the remuneration group B3 to C1.
