transformation, investing heavily in modernising a number of core applications and preparing for a major technology evolution over the coming years. /p pYou will have genuine influence over technical decisions, architecture and the future direction of the application landscape. /p h3What you will be doing /h3 pLeading and technically mentoring a small team of experienced software engineers (4-5 people) /p pRemaining highly hands-on (around 60-70%) developing modern Java applications /p pDesigning and building new functionality using: /p ul liJava /li liSpring Boot /li liModern Full Stack technologies /li /ul pDriving the evolution of business-critical applications including: /p ul liProduct Configuration /li liSales Applications /li liCRM /li liCustomer Portals /li liInternal Business Systems /li /ul pWorking closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical

solutions /p pHelping modernise legacy applications while preparing the organisation for future platform transformation /p pInfluencing software architecture, integration strategy, application security and development standards /p h3What we're looking for /h3 pStrong Java development experience /p pExcellent Spring Boot knowledge /p pExperience building modern web applications /p pSolid understanding of: /p ul liSoftware Architecture /li liSystem Integration /li liCI/CD /li liSecure Coding /li liApplication Security /li /ul pExperience working with complex business applications /p pFluent German (C1+) and good English /p h3Nice to have /h3 pExperience working with systems such as: /p ul liERP /li liCPQ /li liProduct Configurators /li liPLM /li liManufacturing or Industrial Software /li /ul pLeadership experience is beneficial—but bnot essential /b. /p pIf you're a senior engineer with
