Job DescriptionStrategic PLM Implementation: Lead the planning and execution of PLM strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with Advantest’s business objectives and engineering processes to drive efficiency and innovationProcess Optimization: Analyze and optimize PLM workflows and processes to enhance productivity and data accuracy, implementing PLM best practices and optimizing processes to matchCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, contract manufacturers and IT teams across Advantest globally to identify requirements, resolve system issues, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems, facilitating effective cross-functional communication and data sharingStakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with global business units to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Conduct regular meetings and updates with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and gather feedback.Training and Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, ensuring that teams fully leverage Windchill PLM capabilities for their daily operations.Job RequirementsExtensive PLM Expertise: Proven experience with PLM systems, including implementation and configuration with a deep understanding of its modules and capabilities to drive system efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience with multiple PLM applications (Windchill, Teamcenter etc) is an advantage.Advanced Business Process Knowledge: Strong background in analyzing and optimizing product lifecycle management processes, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable PLM solutions that enhance operational efficiencyCross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including engineering, IT, and business units, to identify needs, resolve issues, and ensure successful integration and utilization of the PLM systems across the organizationTraining and Change Management Skills: Experience in developing and delivering training programs for end-users, coupled with effective change management skills to facilitate smooth transitions and high adoption rates for new PLM processes and technologiesJob DetailsJob Type: Full-timeCategory: Production Engineering
