Responsibilities • Own and prioritize the product backlog so it consistently reflects business objectives and delivery commitments. • Gather requirements from clients and partner teams, translating them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and functional specifications. • Run backlog refinement and readiness sessions so work flows smoothly into each development cycle. • Track scope, timelines, budgets, and dependencies, coordinating activities across client, agency, and internal delivery groups. • Surface risks, blockers, and cross-workstream dependencies early, driving mitigation or timely escalation when needed. • Facilitate workshops, requirement reviews, and stakeholder meetings, acting as the connective layer between business, creative, and technical contributors.
Requirements • Background as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a blended product-and-delivery role. • Demonstrated strength managing backlogs, eliciting requirements, and driving agile delivery processes. • Ability to convert complex business needs into actionable, testable deliverables. • Strong stakeholder communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences. • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, and modern delivery practices. • Solid organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities, with comfort balancing strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. • An AI-native mindset or strong willingness to use AI tools for documentation, planning, analysis, and overall delivery effectiveness.
