The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end testing activities, define automation strategy, and ensure high-quality delivery across SAP transformation initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications:* 8+ years of experience in Software Testing, with at least 3+ years in a Test Lead role

• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca (Test Automation)
• Extensive experience in SAP Testing, especially ECC to S/4HANA migration projects
• Good understanding of SAP business processes (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.)
• Experience in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps)
• Strong knowledge of test lifecycle, defect lifecycle, and QA methodologies
• Experience with data migration validation and reconciliation testing
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
