Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Design, configure, and optimize TM processes including freight planning, execution, settlement, and carrier collaboration. Integrate SAP TM with EWM, MM, SD, and GTS for seamless supply chain operations. Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulatory requirements (GxP, GDP). Conduct workshops, prepare documentation, and manage validation activities. Oversee testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT) and support cutover and hyper-care activities.

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and client stakeholders.
