For our development team at our location in Lingen (Ems) or Osnabrück we are looking for a Software Developer Python DevOps (all genders welcome)

We develop and operate software solutions for our inspection systems, leveraging modern technologies such as Python, APIs, databases, integration platforms, and cloud-native architectures. Our focus is on building scalable applications and automating processes and data flows.

As a new team member, you'll have the support and autonomy to contribute your own ideas and play an active role in shaping our systems. We are looking for a Python Software Developer (m/f/x) with a DevOps focus to support the further development and operation of our software platforms.

Responsibilities

• You will develop and maintain scalable backend applications and services in Python
• You will design and implement interfaces (APIs) as well as integrations between different systems and applications
• You will develop and optimize automated data pipelines that process data from various sources, such as databases, APIs, and other systems
• You will work on the further development of our software platforms and support the automation of development and operations processes
• You will analyze and optimize the performance, stability, and scalability of our applications and infrastructure
• You will work in an autonomous, agile development team and contribute your own ideas for the continuous improvement of our systems

What you will bring

To become part of the ROSEN family, you will demonstrate analytical thinking and an independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach. You also bring:

• Degree in information technology or a comparable qualification
• Advanced knowledge of the Python programming language
• Experience with container infrastructures (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD environments
• Practical experience with Linux and Windows systems is desirable
• A high degree of initiative, dedication, and the ability to work well in a team
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
