• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualificationRelevant professional experience in workplace support, client management, or a comparable technical environmentStrong knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCPHands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint managementA degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is an advantageRelevant Microsoft certifications are desirableStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issuesAn analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to workVery good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
