Software Engineer

A large healthcare technology business is looking for an experienced software specialist to join the team. This role focuses on the integration of artificial intelligence into a broad SaaS portfolio to improve medical workflows. The successful candidate will work across the full stack to build cloud-native services that directly impact practitioners and patients.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and operating modern web applications across a diverse SaaS portfolio including frontend, backend, and DevOps layers.
• Integrating AI-native features and agentic experiences into products using LLMs, retrieval, and structured workflows.
• Designing and maintaining cloud-native services with a focus on reliability, security, and developer productivity.
• Collaborating with product management and architecture teams to establish best practices for agentic applications.
• Applying an outcome-driven mindset to translate healthcare workflows into efficient, high-quality technical features.

What we’re looking for

• Extensive senior-level experience in full-stack engineering with deep knowledge of React, Angular, Java Spring Boot, or Python.
• A graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field with a strong academic record.
• Practical experience with technologies such as Kafka, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
• Proven ability to implement AI tools in software engineering, including experience with LLM SDKs and AI pipeline design.
• Full professional proficiency in both German and English with strong proactive problem-solving skills.
