We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to play a key role in shaping the technical direction of highly scalable products and systems. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while influencing architecture, engineering standards, and product delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading technical design and execution of critical engineering initiatives
• Building scalable, reliable systems across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Remaining hands-on with coding, architecture, code reviews, debugging, and production support
• Driving key technical decisions around scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance
• Mentoring engineers and raising the engineering bar across multiple teams
• Translating complex business problems into practical technical solutions

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in backend, frontend, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, APIs, or databases
• Proven experience designing and scaling production systems
• Strong coding skills and a desire to stay hands-on
• Experience leading major technical projects from concept through delivery
• Ability to influence technical direction and solve complex engineering challenges

Nice to Have

• Experience scaling products, teams, or engineering practices
• Experience working across multiple products, regions, or international teams
• Background in high-growth technology environments
