IT-Support (GN)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

INCLUDE
Providing technical support, assistance, and installations for incoming requests and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware - using strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Promptly creating, resolving, and documenting tickets in the ticketing system
Onboarding and coaching users across multiple sites, branches, and production facilities
Support on projects
Go-to point of contact for Bona's IT staff within your area of responsibility
Responsibility for staying up to date on technology and market trends

WHAT YOU BRING

Completed vocational training or a degree in IT - or comparable, relevant professional experience in a mid-sized company
Project management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft 365
SAP knowledge is a plus
Strong communication skills
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
Strong team mindset, excellent organizational skills, reliability, and flexibility
Structured, detail-oriented work style
Willingness to travel
