Overview In this role, you architect tailored, scalable cloud solutions for enterprise customers, guiding them from pre-sales through delivery to achieve business outcomes. You will coordinate between ProServe account teams and delivery units, ensuring solutions are realistic and impactful while driving SOW signings and high CSAT. A focus on AI/Agentic AI architectures and Retail/Commerce domains anchors your work, with cross-Amazon collaboration when pursuits span multiple units. You’ll mentor others and share reusable artifacts to raise the team’s collective capability.
