Senior Software Engineer (Founding Team) | Berlin or Munich (hybrid)

We’re a Series A startup building AI driven products, with offices in Berlin and Munich. The engineering team is still small, so this is an early hire with real ownership. You’ll help shape the product, the architecture and how we build.

What you’ll do

• Own features end to end, from idea to production
• Build across the stack with React, TypeScript and Next.js on the frontend and Python on the backend
• Design and ship LLM powered features: prompting, retrieval, evals and getting models working reliably in production
• Make early architecture and tooling decisions
• Work directly with the founders on product direction
• Help set engineering standards and hire the next engineers

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years building and shipping production software
• Strong React, TypeScript and Next.js
• Solid Python, with hands on experience in AI/ML or LLM based products
• Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast in a small team
• Startup or founding engineer experience is a big plus
