Lead. €100m ambition.We are looking for an exceptional SAP Service Delivery Management leader to take on a major strategic leadership position within a rapidly growing SAP consulting organisation. This is not simply a role managing an established delivery organisation. The ambition is significantly bigger. You will be responsible for building and scaling a major SAP Service Delivery Management capability, shaping the operating model, developing the leadership structure and driving the growth required to build a €100m+ division by the end of 2030.If you have previously built a consulting/service delivery organisation, developed new capabilities and turned ambitious growth plans into reality, this is an opportunity to have genuine ownership and impact.

The OpportunityAs Director of SAP Service Delivery Management, you will play a pivotal role in defining how the organisation delivers SAP services at scale.

You will have the opportunity to:Build and develop the SAP Service Delivery Management organisationDefine and implement the service delivery strategy and operating modelEstablish scalable processes, governance and structuresBuild and lead high-performing teams and senior leadership capabilityDevelop long-term strategic relationships with key SAP customersTake significant responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of the divisionWhat We're Looking ForExtensive experience within SAP consulting, managed services, service delivery or a related SAP environmentSignificant leadership experience at Director, Head of or equivalent levelA proven track record of building or scaling a consulting/service delivery organisationExperience developing teams, management structures and operating modelsWhy This Role?
