Senior/Principal Full-Stack AI Engineer | AI SaaS | €30 Million Funding | Germany (Remote)

Singularity Search has been exclusively retained to appoint a Senior/Principal Full-Stack AI Engineer for a rapidly scaling SaaS leader, renowned for its consistent growth and innovative approach to digitising complex B2B workflows within their industry sector.

In this role, you will build and deploy intelligent AI systems that sit at the core of a transformative platform.

Through close collaboration with the technology leadership team, you’ll own end-to-end feature delivery from advanced LLM agents and models through backend services and APIs all the way to seamless TypeScript/React front-end integration, directly influencing how complex business processes are optimised.

Hybrid: Fully remote across Germany (Berlin office optional if desired)

Salary: Fixed salary is up to €120 + Equity

The role:

• Lead the development of sophisticated agentic AI systems that orchestrate multi-step reasoning to master complex, real-world business workflows
• Own the complete product lifecycle of AI features, shipping from model/agent through backend services, APIs and full integration into the production TypeScript/React web application
• Continuously iterate on ranking, search and retrieval systems that power intelligent matching and discovery capabilities
• Refine and productionise prediction models that optimise decision-making in dynamic markets
• Design robust offline evaluations and run online A/B tests to drive metrics-led iteration and continuous improvement of all deployed AI systems

Who we’re looking for:

• Strong proficiency (5+ years) in TypeScript, React and Node.js with proven experience shipping full-stack features end-to-end into production web apps
• Solid production-grade Python experience (3+ years) with clean, well-structured and maintainable code
• Deep hands-on expertise building and deploying LLM/agentic systems including RAG, tool use, multi-step reasoning and rigorous evaluation frameworks
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complete AI features (not just models) from research code through to real users in a live web application
• Product-oriented mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity, make pragmatic decisions on what is good enough to ship, and a strong bias for action
