Overview As Staff Frontend Engineer you drive the frontend vision across our Real Estate vertical, shaping architecture and shared solutions for multiple teams. You’ll lead technical direction, mentor engineers, and orchestrate cross-team initiatives to improve performance, accessibility, and UX. You’ll partner with product, design, and leadership to turn strategy into scalable frontend outcomes that impact customers and business. years of professional experience with Vue.js or similar frameworks Proven track record with automated frontend testing (Jest, Vitest, Cypress) Experience collaborating with designers using Figma Strong experience building large-scale frontend applications in modern JavaScript/TypeScript Senior technical leadership in Staff/Lead roles with cross-team influence Deep understanding of modern CI/CD for frontend and feature flagging in microfrontend environments Experience creating and adopting shared frontend solutions (design systems, libraries) Proven ability to influence multiple teams and drive durable technical change Mentoring senior engineers and raising technical standards through coaching Strong stakeholder management and clear communication with technical and non-technical partners Proven ability turning technical strategy into execution across teams Excellent English communication
