SAP Sourcing and Procurement Senior Manager

Your Role:

• As an SAP MM / Procurement Senior Manager, you will lead SAP Procurement initiatives, support S/4HANA transformation projects, and act as a trusted advisor to customers. You will be responsible for designing SAP solutions, improving procurement processes, managing project delivery, and supporting the development of junior consultants.
• Salary ranges from 120k - 160k.
• Fast career progression toward Director

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading SAP MM / Procurement projects from design through go-live.
• Advising customers on S/4HANA, Cloud, and Fiori solutions.
• Designing business processes and technical concepts.
• Managing project teams and mentoring junior consultants.
• Contributing to the development of SAP consulting services and solutions.

Your Experience:

• 5+ years of SAP consulting experience, ideally in logistics, procurement, or production.
• Strong SAP MM expertise across purchasing, material master, valuation, and MRP.
• End-to-end SAP S/4HANA project experience.
• Experience leading projects and supporting consultant development.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba and SAP Activate is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with fluent German and English.
• Basic ABAP debugging knowledge is a plus.
