About BJAK

The original mission of BJAK is to provide smarter ways to plan, save and grow money. Since 2019, we have built the first mobile‑first insurance platform in Southeast Asia, enabling millions to access insurance online. Today, we expand across spending, saving, investing, exchanging and travelling, aiming to help people get more from their money every day.

The Role

We are looking for full‑stack engineers to build fast across BJAK’s AI Neobank app. This product‑mindful role involves working across frontend, backend, internal tools and customer journeys to turn ideas into working products quickly.

What You’ll Own

• Build customer‑facing and internal product features end to end.
• Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards and operational systems.
• Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel and financial services.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile and operations teams to launch fast.
• Integrate APIs, handle data flows and improve production reliability.
• Use analytics, feedback and production issues to iterate on features after launch.
• Help build tools that reduce manual work and improve speed across the business.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend and backend fundamentals.
• Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production systems.
• Able to build useful products quickly without needing perfect specs.
• Good product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail.
• Comfortable debugging across the stack.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps or high‑volume platforms is a strong advantage.

Location

This role is based in Taiwan. It is a hybrid role; you are expected to work from our Taiwan office at least three days per week.

Language

English is the main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.

Interview Process

• CEO / final round.
