We are seeking an SAP Developer (m/f/d) specializing in Customer Engagement (CE) and with expertise in the energy sector (S/4HANA Utilities). The ideal candidate will possess a hands-on programming mindset, combined with conceptual and communication skills (consulting/coaching). The ideal candidate profile encompasses the following key areas: 1. Technical Expertise in the Energy Sector: Understanding of the processes for distribution network operators (DNOs) and metering point operators (MSOs) within S/4HANA Utilities (S4U). Focus on customer service processes in the energy sector (for the existing S4U Electricity system and the initial setup in the S4Gas project). 2. Technical SAP & Development Competence: System Knowledge: Expertise in SAP Customer Engagement (CE), including customizing, as well as in the CRM and Fiori environment in conjunction with SAP BTP.

• Programming Languages: Solid development skills in ABAP, Java, and JavaScript, specifically for programming extensions (e.g., in the context of the CE Inbox). 3. Methodological & Soft Skills Knowledge Transfer: Coaching skills to enable internal IT colleagues to independently maintain the customer engagement solution in the future.
• Consulting & Conceptualization: Experience in independently preparing and conducting workshops and creating corresponding concepts.
• Agility: Proven working methods in agile project structures (task management via Jira). Conceptualization and initial setup of customer engagement during the S4Gas project duration, as well as operation and further development of the existing customer engagement solution in S4U Strom. Programming of an extension within the context of the customer engagement inbox. Coaching of internal IT colleagues so that they can continue to maintain customer engagement. Delivery of services within an agile project working methodology. The handover of specific work packages is carried out via the Jira ticketing system.

Solid practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Utilities (S4U): You are confident in navigating the customer service processes for distribution network and metering point operators (DNO/MSO).

Experience in SAP Customer Engagement (CE): You bring practical experience in customizing as well as in the operation and expansion of CE solutions.

Solid development skills: Good programming knowledge in ABAP as well as basic routine in Java and JavaScript to implement concrete, well-defined extensions (e.g. in the area of the CE-Inbox).

Cross-system architectural understanding: Practical experience in the CRM and Fiori environment as well as a basic understanding of SAP BTP to understand the relationships within the system landscape structure.
