IT Support Consultant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities will include: coordinating incoming support requests in the service desk; technical diagnosis and resolution of complex IT issues; active participation in rollout and migration projects; installation and configuration of end devices; maintenance of the knowledge base and technical documentation; and structured troubleshooting of IT systems and for users.

• Completed vocational training in the IT sector
• Extensive professional experience in IT support
• Practical experience in the service desk and on-site support
• Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Safe handling of Microsoft 365, Intune and Active Directory
• Basic understanding of network technologies and IT security
• Language skills at C2 level in German and English
