IT Team Leader (m/f/d)

Start: As soon as possible Duration: Permanent position Workload: Full-time, 40 hours/week Location: High on-site presence in Osterfeld Disciplinary and technical leadership of the local IT infrastructure team Strategic planning and operational implementation of modernization projects Responsibility for the smooth operation of the server and network environment Active participation in shaping the cybersecurity strategy and continuous system testing Standardization and optimization of internal IT processes Liaison with international partners and service providers Support for cloud migrations and internal security concepts

• Successfully completed studies in computer science or a comparable IT qualification
• Several years of demonstrable leadership experience in the field of IT infrastructure or IT operations
• Solid knowledge in the administration of Windows servers and networks.
• Safe handling of IT security concepts and cloud technologies
• Expertise in managing external service providers and budget responsibility
• Fluent German skills and very good English skills
• Experience in applying ITIL standards is desirable.
