About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Java Softwareentwickler (m/w/d) to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining client- and server-side applications that add real value in daily operations. You will work closely with experienced developers in an agile environment, contributing to the full software development lifecycle from initial concept to deployment. Your primary focus will be on creating innovative solutions that enhance our gaming and management systems. You will have the opportunity to influence the development of web-based and networked applications with graphical user interfaces, ensuring seamless integration and communication between various system components. Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, Media Informatics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification such as a Fachinformatiker for Application Development. Practical experience in Java development within client- and server-side environments is essential, providing a solid foundation for immediate contribution to our projects.
A strong technical enthusiasm and curiosity about system architectures and development processes are vital. Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, version control systems such as Git or Perforce, and web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be advantageous. Experience with development tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, and project management tools like Jira will further support your success in this role.
