For our client in the heart of Hamburg, a city that places great value on a modern work environment, we are immediately seeking a dedicated IT Onsite Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role involves providing expert assistance to employees with all technical questions.

• Responsibilities include: 1st and 2nd level support: You will be the first point of contact for our employees with IT issues – directly on-site, by phone, or remotely.
• Hardware and software management: You will install, configure, and maintain workstations (PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, smartphones) and ensure smooth hardware rollouts.
• Troubleshooting and resolution: You will identify and resolve hardware and software (Windows/macOS) issues as well as network infrastructure problems.
• User management: You will manage access rights and accounts (e.g., in Active Directory, Entra ID/Office 365).
• Documentation: You will record, maintain, and monitor support requests in the internal ticketing system and create user guides.
• Employee onboarding: You will equip new colleagues with the necessary IT equipment and train them on the systems.
• Qualification: Successfully completed IT training (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: Professional experience in IT support (onsite or helpdesk) is an advantage.
• Technical expertise: Good knowledge of current Microsoft Windows (and ideally macOS) operating systems as well as MS Office 365. Basic understanding of network technology (LAN, WLAN, VPN).
• Working style: They are characterized by a high level of service and customer orientation, patience and strong problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
