Join a specialist SAP consultancy focused on HR and payroll technology, supporting customers with the implementation, optimisation and development of SAP HCM solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • Configure and optimise SAP HCM processes, including Payroll, Personnel Administration and Time Management.
  • Support and develop existing customer SAP landscapes.
  • Advise customers on process improvements and technical solutions.
  • Take ownership of tasks and sub-projects across customer projects.
  • Develop your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll.

Your profile

  • Experience in SAP HCM consulting.
  • Knowledge of Payroll, Personnel Administration and/or Time Management.
  • Strong configuration and customer consulting skills.
  • A structured, independent approach with good communication skills.
  • German language skills suitable for customer-facing work.

  • Salary up to €120,000 fixed, plus monthly bonus, depending on experience.
